This was my first car. My folks have had this car around longer then I've been alive. When I got it from them the engine had 2 sleeves in it, huge crack in the windshield, and the tires were shot. I got the engine replaced, and all the other problems taken care of. It was one of the most reliable vehicles I have ever driven (except when I had Holley carbs on there, ugh!). I ended up letting the car sit when it wouldn't pass emissions, and waste all my time and money on my ill fated Shelby Z (good cars, my was a lemon). So now my pops and I are trying to get "Old Gold" back on the road again. It's been sitting for about 7 years, so we have our work cut out for us, but it will be worth it in the end.
